Portola Valley Training Center
In the heart of Silicon Valley, this storied facility has everything a competitive eventer (or dressage rider, or jumper) might need. With a 5/8 mile galloping track, covered arena spanning 150' x 300', brand new GGT footing on a dedicated arena just for MSH clients, 40 acres of trails, good-sized individual and group turnouts (mini, a generous tack room, hot and cold wash racks, hay fed 4 times a day, grain fed twice per day and stalls cleaned twice per day, it’s the ideal training barn for riders looking for high level training with a horse-welfare first mentality.
PVTC neighbors Stanford University and is only a half hour drive from either San Jose or San Francisco. Just minutes off Highway 280, it even has the renowned Steinbeck Peninsula Equine Clinic on site for easy access to top level care.
